The Department of Quality Management of the Krakow University of Economics invites you to the
  2th National and 4th International Conference “Quality of the future – the future of quality”

The aim of the conference is to exchange experiences and views, both within the scientific community and among practitioners dealing with quality management. The changes that have taken place in recent years mean that concepts based on quality management are, on the one hand, gaining in importance, but on the other hand, they require a new approach – in accordance with the concept of continuous improvement. Conference participants have the opportunity to share their latest research results, experiences, successes and challenges related to the development of modern quality management. The conference may result in the identification and analysis of the latest trends and achievements in the field of quality management related to modern technologies, innovations and changing customer expectations.
