Ladies and Gentlemen,
It is my honor and pleasure to invite you to participate in the International Scientific Conference on Management and Quality Sciences in Research and Practice organized by the Institute of Quality Sciences and Product Management of the University of Economics in Krakow, in collaboration with the Polish Society of Commodity Science. This marks the fourth edition of the international conference, previously organized in 2014, 2017, and 2019 under the title “Commodity Science in Research and Practice.”
In 2024, its character will be exceptional as we celebrate the Centennial Jubilee of the establishment of the Commodity Science Institute, whose traditions are continuously upheld by the Institute of Quality Sciences and Product Management within the College of Management and Quality Sciences at the University of Economics in Krakow.
The conference will take place from June 6th to 8th, 2024, in Krakow, on the premises of the UEK Campus.
The conference is aimed at representatives from national and international research centers conducting scientific research in the field of management and quality sciences, as well as related disciplines, and business representatives. It provides a platform for presenting one’s own achievements, discussing crucial issues related to harnessing the potential of management and quality sciences in a contemporary economy based on sustainable development, and disseminating information about ongoing research initiatives. In addition to the exchange of experiences, active participation in the conference will facilitate the establishment and development of direct contacts enabling collaboration, particularly at the intersection of academia and industry.
The Jubilee nature of the Conference, referencing the 100-year history of commodity science development, will also be an opportunity to determine the directions of changes in the area of research conducted in the discipline of management and quality sciences.
